CHARGE CONFERENCE
Tabernacle will host Charge Conference this year on Thursday, September 24 at 6:30pm.
KAIROS COOKIE MINISTRY
We will once again participate in the Kairos Cookie Ministry this month. Cookies must be turned in on Sunday, September 20. Information can be found under the "Newsletter" heading.
HANDBELL AND CHOIR PRACTICE
Handbells and Choir resume meeting each week at 7:00pm and 7:30pm. Please see Sam if you would like join.
OCC SHOEBOX COLLECTION
Our collection has begun for OCC - Shoeboxes.
School supplies – loose-leaf paper, notebooks, coloring books, colored pencils, pens, index cards, pencil sharpeners, and similar items.
Hygiene supplies – combs, hairbrushes, hair bows, hair ties, washcloths, bandages, water bottles, feminine products, sewing kits, first aid kits, and similar items. Please do not purchase soap, toothpaste, or any liquids.
Toys suited for both boys and girls, ages 3 to 12 – small balls, cars, trucks, dolls, stuffed animals, dominoes, card games, and similar items. Please do not include toys related to war or violence, such as items featuring knives or guns.
Please remember that shipping costs $10.00 per box. If you would like to help cover this expense, please note “OCC shipping” on the memo line of your check.
The packing party will be scheduled for early November.
